Summer Time

Beat the heat and beat the thunderstorms… The mornings have been the ticket dodging a few showers and beating the heat. Make the most off your time by covering a good distance and work those schools of mullet and oyster bars and you will produce fish……

Robert G back down for a quick visit nailed this nice slot snook in Yankeetown before the heat and storms.

I recently had Dr. Hal H an avid white water kayaker but fished out of a small boat in his home waters. Hal did not miss a beat on his 3/4 day standing in “Bonafide ss 127″ He missed a couple of shots on some tailing redfish. Then we hit the lower tide potholes for some snook and made it happen with a 26″ and a 30” for the dinner table.

Finally

Took the month of January and a portion of February to revamp the kayak’s and other equipment. FHKC now has 3 “Made in the USA” Bonifide ss127 kayaks , Werner paddles , Engel Dry box/ Coolers. I have taken them all out for a test rum making sure everything is in working order with the “Cadillac” style seat , rudder and overall performance of the kayak and I couldn’t be happier . The stability of these kayak’s is overwhelming. So if standing and sight casting is your game we have the kayak and gear for you. FHKC
